Better Akron Recreation for Canines & Akron Dog Park
 

   Akron Dog Park is a non-profit operated dog park located in metro Akron Ohio, that allows dogs to exercise and socialize safely. Better Akron Recreation for Canines (or BARC) is the non-profit organization committed to operating and maintaining the safe, fenced-in space of Akron Dog Park.

   

   While at Akron Dog Park, your pet can exercise and play off leash with other dogs while pet owners enjoy the park-like setting and socializing with fellow "canine companions."

Akron Dog Park remains open.

  • Please maintain 6ft of distance between you and others. 

  • Utilize hand sanitizer at the park.​ 

  • Limit your group size to reduce overcrowding.​

  • Do not visit if you are sick with a fever, cough or shortness of breath.
